If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt you may return it for a refund, or an exchange. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags still on items.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Furthermore, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. For your security, please ship with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit .
We only accept returns after a valid return authorization number was issued. To request a return authorization number please e-mail email@example.com. Make sure to include your name, product name, order number and reason for return. A customer service representative will contact you with a return authorization number and the address where you need to ship the item. We will not accept a return if an authorization number wasn’t issued.
